The Potomac Company is pleased to announce that Rentokil North American has acquired substantially all of the assets of our client Hoban Pest Control of Avon, OH.
Hoban is one of the fastest growing pest control companies in central Ohio and has won the Angie’s List Super Service Award for 13 years. The transaction allows the shareholders of Hoban Pest Control to execute their succession plan while allowing the second generation to remain with the firm as part of Rentokil North American.
